- Commercial rules
- Charges are payable at the start of the Subscription Term and are non-cancelable and non-refundable. The term renews automatically for an equivalent term at then-current rates unless either party gives at least 30 days’ notice (to revops@zendesk.com for Customers). Seats and plan cannot be reduced mid-term; reductions for the next term need 30 days’ written notice and deactivation of affected Agents.
