- Freshworks Terms of Service: "During the Subscription Term, Freshworks grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive right to access and use the Services and Software only for its internal business purposes or in accordance with the Documentation, for up to the number of Users included in the Service Plan, or as otherwise noted in the SOF."
- Commercial rules
- Orders are placed on a Service Order Form (signed or online) that states the Service Plan, number of Users or other metric, fees and term. Fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable regardless of utilization; User or Asset Unit counts cannot be reduced and plans cannot be downgraded during the term. Renewal is automatic at the same quantities and plan unless notice of non-renewal or downgrade is given at least 30 days before expiry; fees are adjusted at renewal and discounts lapse if quantities or plans are reduced. Order of precedence: SOF, Supplemental Terms, DPA, Terms.

- All Freshworks Services and Software, including Freshservice, Freshdesk and Freshdesk Omni, unless a Main Services Agreement is signed.
