- Each asset type in the CMDB consumes a fixed number of AUs: server, virtual machine or network device 4; desktop, mobile or end-user computing device 1; SaaS user 1; container or function 1/2; storage (5 TB discovered) 1/5; archived device 1/25; physical non-IP asset 1/25; mainframe or mid-range 400 (ITAM pricing FAQ; ITAM Plans and AU Pricing).
- Floors / minimums
- Freshservice for IT Growth, Pro and Enterprise include the ITAM Growth package with 100 ITAM Growth Asset Units; additional AUs are sold in packs of 500. The AU count cannot be reduced during the Subscription Term (Terms §5(a)). A new Freshservice for IT Growth, Pro or Enterprise plan is required when buying additional ITAM Growth AUs or upgrading to ITAM Pro or Enterprise.
