- Help Center, Manage billing: seats are the units added to a professional plan in the Admin Console; "All of the seats on your plan—occupied or not—will renew on your next renewal date." An occupied seat is a member who has been invited or added.
- Counting rules
- Inviting a member when every seat is assigned automatically buys one more seat. Seats added mid-term are billed pro rata to the renewal date; all seats renew in full. Removing a member frees the seat for a new member. A seat count cannot be lower than the number of invited members at purchase.
- Floors / minimums
- At least 2 seats to start Omnix Password Management online. Legacy Starter and Standard plans were fixed at 10 seats.
