- Software License and Subscription Agreement, Exhibit A: “Active Login” means use of the BeyondTrust Remote Support Software as described in the applicable Order, by a single service representative, logged in directly or indirectly to the Remote Support server software, at any given time. The number of Active Logins is the number of service representatives accessing the Remote Support server software concurrently.
- Counting rules
- Count the peak number of representatives logged in to the representative console at the same time; accounts are unlimited (RS licenses page). A representative in extended availability mode consumes an additional licence. License pools can reserve or cap licences per group. The LicenseUsage report records peaks once at least 90% of licences are in use.

- None published. Jump Clients are entitled at 150 per concurrent licence from 2025-01-01 (EoS & EoL page, note 2).
