- Perpetual Licensing EOS & EOL FAQ (August 30, 2024): “As of December 31, 2025, customers who have perpetually licensed products will no longer be able to add perpetual licenses to their deployments. All new and add-on sales will only be licensed under SaaS or on-premises subscription licensing.”

- Affects AD Bridge, EPM for Windows & Mac, EPM for Unix & Linux, Remote Support, Password Safe and Privileged Remote Access. Support renewals falling before the EOL date can be extended up to 2026-12-31; outstanding contracts terminate on the EOL date. Perpetually licensed products continue to function but are no longer supported. Appendix 1 of the Software License and Subscription Agreement keeps perpetual-licence terms (Support Term auto-renewal, reinstatement at back fees) for customers who continue to own perpetual licences up to December 2026.
