Cloud Services do not include or provide On-Premise Software Subscription.

- Grant (s.1.1(b)): Subscription to access and use the Cloud Services for internal use for the Subscription Term, limited to the number of deployed Instances, Assets, physical and virtual machines and/or physical locations in the Order. No intellectual property licence to Software or Documentation provided through Cloud Services (s.3.1). Cloud Service Level Agreement applies.
