- Software License and Subscription Agreement, Exhibit A: “On-Premise Software Subscription” means electronically delivered Software provided for installation on computers owned or managed by Customer. On-Premise Software Subscription does not include Cloud Services, or any Software if applicable, via the platform provided through Cloud Services.
- Commercial rules
- Grant (s.1.1(a)): limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to install and use for internal use in the Territory for the Subscription Term, limited to the number of deployed Instances, Assets, physical and virtual machines and/or physical locations in the Order. Support Services are part of the Subscription (s.2.1). Rights limited to object code (s.1.3).
