- Initial term 12 months, auto-renewing for 12-month Renewal Terms unless either party gives notice at least 28 calendar days before the end of the term; ordinary termination excluded during the term (B.5.1). Invoiced at contract date and at the start of each Renewal Term (A.2.2). Price increases notified at least 28 days before expiry, deemed accepted absent objection within 14 days (A.2.4).
