- EULA (2026-07-27) sec. B.5.1: unless the Contract says otherwise, a Subscription has a 12-month Initial Term and renews automatically for 12-month Renewal Terms unless either party gives notice at least 28 calendar days before the end of the term. Ordinary termination is excluded during the Subscription Term.
