- Product Specification: “Channel: A Channel represents one active remote connection under the License. Within a single Channel, a User can open multiple sessions in separate tabs. - Counting rules
- Count the maximum number of simultaneous outgoing remote connections across all licensed users. Concurrent sessions per channel (tabs): Free 1, Remote Access 3, Business 3, Premium 10, Corporate 15 (Tensor 15). A further connection is rejected with "Session limit reached" until a channel is freed. Tensor Access and Tensor Support: 1 channel per User; Tensor Support Concurrent: 1 channel per 3 Users. TeamViewer ONE: 1 channel per user.
