- Commercial rules
- Support contracts: start at registration or 30 days (North America) / 90 days (elsewhere) after hardware or software shipment, whichever is earlier. Attached subscriptions: activation or 90 days after authorization code delivery. No grace for renewals, term-based offerings, VM-Series perpetual bundles, Software NGFW Credits or Enterprise Agreements. Stocking orders start when the distributor's POS report shows the sale.
