- Grace Periods policy: term-based licensed offerings (Endpoint Protection, AutoFocus, Strata Logging Service, Prisma Access, Prisma SaaS) start on the email delivery date of authorization codes; VM-Series perpetual bundles and Software NGFW Credit pools have no grace period; Enterprise Agreements start on the later of authorization code delivery and the customer-requested start date.
