- Grace Periods: "Attached subscriptions start either (i) at the time they are activated or (ii) 90 days after delivery of the authorization code, whichever is earlier, and they expire at the end of their subscription term even if you never activate the subscription."

- Cloud-delivered security services (Advanced Threat Prevention, Advanced URL Filtering, Advanced WildFire, Advanced DNS Security, GlobalProtect Gateway, SD-WAN and others) are activated on a specific firewall with an authorization code; the EULA prohibits using Software licensed for a specific device on another device without written authorization. Under the Enterprise Program the per-device count is replaced by the Total Hardware Cap.
