- EULA Specific Terms (WinZip) s.3: "A Subscription or Perpetual License allows You to download and install one original copy of the Software on up to three computing devices or electronic equipment ("Devices") only which are under Your control or possession."
- Counting rules
- Each Subscription or Perpetual License covers one original copy installed on up to three Devices under the licensee's control or possession. Re-installation on a further Device is allowed only if the original Device fails and the copy is completely deleted from it. A not-for-resale (NFR) copy may not be used on a second Device. An OEM Version may be used only on the OEM device (EEA users may de-bundle and use it on one other Device). Network access, terminal servers and other Virtualization Environments are excluded under the EULA.
- Floors / minimums
- No minimum. Ceiling: an entity may hold up to a hundred Licenses under the EULA; above that it must buy the business or enterprise edition under the BULA (where available).
