- EULA Specific Terms (WinZip) s.4: an OEM License covers "a version of the Software that is Bundled with a third-party OEM's device" ("OEM Version"); outside the EEA it may not be installed or used "on any Device other than the OEM device".
- Counting rules
- One OEM Version per OEM device. The OEM Version gets no updates, upgrades or support, and its use expires when the OEM product ceases to work. EEA Users who bought a Bundle may move it to another Device only after de-bundling and removing it from the OEM device; EEA Users who bought an OEM Version as a standalone product may use it on no more than one Device.
