- WinZip Affidavit of De-Installation and Non-Use: to obtain a credit or refund the licensee certifies, on company letterhead if not an individual, that the product has been removed from all devices and will not be used, and that physical media and documentation were destroyed or returned. The credit goes to the reseller, or to the registered company or individual for direct purchases.
