- Statement
- EULA General Terms, Entity Audits: an Entity must keep records of all deployment, installation and use. Corel may audit at its own expense during the licence term and for two years after, at most once a year unless unlicensed use is found (then up to quarterly for a year). The Entity has 30 days to provide raw deployment data and purchase records; on-site audits need 30 days' notice. Shortfalls are invoiced with maintenance fees and 1.0% monthly interest; unlicensed use above 5% shifts audit costs to the licensee.
