- EULA General Terms, Assignment and Transfer: copies may not be transferred, sold or loaned without Corel's prior written consent. EEA Users with Perpetual or OEM Licenses may resell the original copy if it was put on the EEA market with Corel's consent, all own copies are made unusable, and the buyer gets the information needed to determine proper use.
