- BULA Specific Terms (WinZip) s.2.3-2.4: "Managed Device" means "any physical or virtual device that is under Your control or possession that is capable of running the Software and on which You directly control one or more operating system environments"; "Per Managed Device" means "each licensed copy of the Software may be installed on or accessed from a single Managed Device".
- Counting rules
- BULA s.4: the License Certificate specifies the number of permitted Licenses and Managed Devices, and fees are charged Per Managed Device. In a Virtualization Environment one License is dedicated to each Managed Device that uses, runs or accesses the Software and one to each Managed Device on which it is installed (s.8.2). Physical and virtual devices both count.
