- Product Guide s.1.1: "“Named User” means Customer’s single designated human User." For Workspace ONE cloud services the Cloud Services Guide s.2.2 defines a Named User as the customer’s employee, contractor or Third-Party Agent identified and authorized to use Workspace ONE.
- Counting rules
- Workspace ONE and UEM: each Named User may have up to five Devices managed by or running Workspace ONE; web-only access is not use of a Device. Horizon, App Volumes, DEM: up to the number of Named Users paid for; Horizon Console shows a high-water mark of named users who have connected since the pod was configured or the count was last reset. Horizon subscriptions under one SID must be all Named User or all Concurrent User.
