- PG s.2.3 to s.2.20: bundles that include ThinApp grant one ThinApp Packager per pack and ThinApp Client licences equal to the users paid for; only the customer’s IT administrator may use the Packager. Standalone ThinApp needs a licence per Device or Named User except in an authorized concurrent use environment, and ThinApps carry a mandatory Omnissa notice.
