- Product Guide s.1.5: customers that migrate from legacy Perpetual Licenses to Subscription Software licenses are not required to immediately change their license keys.
- Commercial rules
- Existing perpetual keys may be used until the customer upgrades to a newer Subscription Software version; after that, no upgrades, updates or support for the perpetual licences. Customers moving from vSphere perpetual licences to VVF for VDI must upgrade those keys immediately on the Order effective date to receive support.
