- Supplementary Terms A.5.3: at Matrix42's request the customer measures the software used with an application provided by Matrix42 and transmits the result, to check for Overuse; on justified suspicion Matrix42 may request measurement at any time. The archived 2024 terms said such a request would "normally be made once per calendar year" and the 2024 Product Usage Guideline described built-in system metering that transmits licence counts to Matrix42.
