- Dropbox Services Agreement: "End User License" means a user license purchased by Customer which enables Customer to provision an End User Account; each End User Account requires a paid End User License and may be used by a single End User.
- Counting rules
- Every team member counts, including pending invites and suspended members; inactive licences are not removed automatically. Accounts may not be shared. Deleting an End User Account frees the licence for reallocation. Additional licences added during a term are prorated to the end of the term.
- Floors / minimums
- Business, Business Plus, Advanced and Standard Classic: minimum 3 licences. Standard (2026): no minimum. Education: 300 or more licences.
