- DSA s.6.6: subscription, usage and overage fees are non-refundable and non-creditable except where required by law; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription term (next month for monthly, next year for yearly). The 2027 DSA adds that non-use, downgrades, deprovisioned users, unused storage or unused credits create no credits or refunds.
