- Payments for subscriptions and team licences are generally non-refundable. A bank chargeback changes the subscription to Dropbox Basic and places a team in locked state, removing most syncing and sharing until the admin disbands the team or re-subscribes. EU, UK and Turkey residents may cancel individual plans (Plus, Family, Professional, Essentials) within 14 days for a refund.
