- Teams paying by card, PayPal or direct debit can change licence numbers at any time but reductions take effect at renewal; invoiced teams must ask their account manager at least 30 days before renewal to remove licences. Removing licences on Advanced, Business or Business Plus may put the team over its storage limit.
