- Subscriber Terms §1.4: "End User" means any individual who is authorized by Customer to use the Services under Customer's account, including Customer's or its Affiliates' employees, consultants, contractors, or agents.
- Counting rules
- Subscriptions are sold in set increments based on the number of End Users (§4.2). Seats may not be shared by more than one individual but may be reassigned to a replacement (§2.4(e)). In an organization, members are people who share the organization's email domain; a subscription at organization level covers every member, while team and division plans count members of the covered teams once (Help Center).
- Floors / minimums
- Smallest paid plan 2 seats; then 3, 4 and 5 seats, increments of 5 to 30, of 10 to 100, of 25 to 500 and of 50 above 500 (Help Center; pricing FAQ). No 1-seat plan.
