- Help Center: admins, super admins and billing owners can pause the license of any member, "effectively reducing the number of paid seats by one".
- Commercial rules
- Capped at 10% of the subscription size. A paused member who logs back in is automatically reactivated and takes a paid seat again. View only licences cannot be paused.
- Applies to
- Paid organizations on Starter, Advanced, Enterprise, Enterprise+ and legacy tiers (not divisions or workspaces)
