- Counting rules
- Guests do not count towards the bill or the seat limit in organizations, teams and divisions. In a workspace (no common email domain) everyone counts towards the paid plan, members and guests alike. Employees of the Customer or its Affiliates may not be given guest access instead of End User Subscriptions (Subscriber Terms §2.4(b)).
