- Palo Alto Networks End-of-Life Policy: "Palo Alto Networks will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide 6 months notice prior to a product's End-of-Sale, at which time the product will no longer be available for order."
- Commercial rules
- Support must be in place on the End-of-Sale date to be renewable and cannot lapse and be reinstated during the End-of-Life cycle. Hardware replacement parts are available for 5 years after End-of-Sale with continuous support. PAN-OS 12.1 and later major releases: 48 months of support (36 standard, 12 extended).
