- EULSA §2(b)(i): "A license to use the Software that is not time-limited when used in accordance with the terms of this Agreement."
- Commercial rules
- Updates and Upgrades require active Support and Maintenance (§6). The customer may keep using the software if maintenance is not renewed (Renewal policy). If maintenance lapses for more than 30 days it cannot be reinstated and Subscription Licenses must be bought instead (Support Terms §VII).
