- EULSA §2(c): "Under the Concurrent Analyst model, licenses are required for the maximum number of simultaneous Analysts authorized by You to access or use the Software at any given moment during the previous thirty (30) days (each a “Concurrent Analyst”), regardless of the number of sessions used by that individual."
- Counting rules
- Count the peak number of simultaneous Analysts in the trailing 30 days. In Neurons for ITSM the concurrent licence consumed is set by the license bundle of the user’s role, and a user who logs in from two browsers can consume two licences (ITSM License Manager).
