- EULSA §2(c): "Under the User-Based model, the Software may be used by a specific User on any number of that User’s Devices, unless otherwise limited in the Invoice."
- Counting rules
- One licence per User, where a User is an individual employed by, or providing services to, the customer who is supported with or uses the Software (§1(y)). The User may use any number of Devices unless the Invoice limits it. A licence may move from one User to another no more than once every 30 days.
