- Counting rules
- Licences are bought per user and assigned by account owners or admins in User Management; assignment is limited to the number of purchased licences. Since the June-August 2024 update, a user on a paid account holds a paid Zoom Workplace licence, Zoom Meetings Basic permissions (host up to 40 minutes) or no hosting privileges at all. Multiple people who need to schedule separate meetings each need their own licence. AI features are not applicable to users with Basic permissions on paid accounts.
