- Large Meeting capacity; meeting capacity
- Definition
- Large Meeting article: "A large meeting license allows up to 500, 1000, 3000, or 5000 participants to attend a Zoom meeting, depending on the capacity purchased." The Services Description defines a Participant as "an individual, other than the Host, who accesses or uses the Services".
- Counting rules
- Capacity attaches to the Host, not to attendees: participants need no licence or account, and a Large Meeting add-on applies to every meeting its assigned user hosts. Base capacity is 100 on Basic and Pro, 300 on Business, and 500+ (plan card: 1,000) on Enterprise. Large Meeting licences of the same type do not stack on one user.
- Floors / minimums
- Large Meeting tiers of 500, 1,000, 3,000 or 5,000 participants; the assignee must hold a Zoom Workplace licence.
