- Zoom Services Description: "“Host” means an individual who is an identified employee, contractor, or agent of Customer to whom Customer assigns the right to host Meetings." Product-specific hosts (Phone Host, WFM Host, QM Host, AI Expert Assist Host, Scheduler Host, Huddles Host, CAIC User, ZWF User, Clinical Notes User, Zoom Hub User) are each deemed a Host.
- Counting rules
- One Host per individual to whom the customer assigns hosting rights. A Host may hold an unlimited number of Meetings during the term; hosting more than one Meeting at a time requires a Concurrent Meetings package on the Order Form. Host rights may not be shared and may be reassigned only when an individual leaves employment or with Zoom's written approval.
