- Wrike Help Center: "Full Users (Account Owner, Admin, Regular User, External User) have more default permissions enabled and are able to do more in Wrike. Full Users require a paid User seat."
- Counting rules
- Counted per individual with a single, unshared User ID. The number of Admins (including the Account Owner), Regular Users and External Users cannot exceed the Full User seats purchased. Seats are sold in groups of 5, 10 or 25 depending on account size, and Business plans and above are annual.

- Team 2 to 15 users; Business 5 to 200 users (pricing page); seat reductions during the Subscription Term are not allowed.
