- The MSP pricing page lists Elements Protect and Elements Proactive capabilities under "Pricing based on number of devices" and states: "Different pricing is applied to protected devices (workstations, servers, mobile devices) vs. protected digital identities (Entra ID; M365)." In Elements Security Center each installed endpoint consumes one free installation (seat) of the subscription key it was installed with.
- Counting rules
- Each workstation, server or mobile device with an Elements agent installed under a subscription key occupies one installation in that subscription: "Before you can add a new device, you must have a subscription for an Endpoint Protection software with at least one free installation available. The number of free installations available to a company will determine the number of devices you can add to it." Removing a device frees the seat; a removed device that reconnects returns only if seats are free (Elements Endpoint Protection guide, 2026-08-20).
