- The MSP pricing page lists identity capabilities under "Pricing based on number of user identities" and defines the priced object as "protected digital identities (Entra ID; M365)". Identity-priced capabilities are MDR for Identities (Elements Identity Security for Microsoft Entra ID), Collaboration Protection and Exposure Management for Identities.
