- BULA General Terms s.32: subscription licences cannot be assigned. Fully-paid Perpetual Licenses with additional paid Support Services may be assigned only with the transfer of hardware or employees in a sale, merger, reorganisation, privatisation or consolidation, after a license transfer form and the transferee's written agreement are sent to Corel. EEA business customers keep the exhaustion-based resale right.
