- BULA General Terms s.37: business customers must keep records of all use, installation and deployment, including through a Virtualization Environment. Audit terms match the EULA: at Corel's expense, once a year (quarterly for a year after unlicensed use is found), 30 days to supply data, additional fees plus maintenance, 1.0% monthly interest, audit costs above 5% unlicensed use, and audit rights surviving two years after licence expiry.
