Trellix refers licensees to its Product Entitlement Definitions for the licensing meters; the ePO licensing reports "capture total machine counts, total usage per product, by OS type".
- Counting rules
- Nodes are counted from ePolicy Orchestrator deployment reports and compared with the quantities on the grant letter. Inactive agents (for example retired machines) inflate the count and can be removed with the ePO inactive Agent cleanup tool. Home and student use devices covered by the EULA must be included in a deployment certification. The formal definition is in the Product Entitlement Definitions PDF, which this catalog does not quote.
