- Installation packages (for example ePO - On-prem 5.10.0) are downloaded from the Trellix Product Downloads site with a valid grant number and the email address associated with the product; the My Products page then lists the licensed products. The LMS page says the grant number supplied with the support agreement allows downloads of updates and upgrades.
