- Enterprise Program (Attached Subscriptions) s.5: the customer monitors consumption in the Customer Support Portal dashboard; fees for over-consumption beyond the Total Hardware Cap are reconciled against actual usage at the end of each month; above the cap the customer cannot deploy more Attached Subscriptions unless it buys a True-Forward Add-on SKU, decommissions devices within 60 days, or (terms of at least three years) renews early. Otherwise Palo Alto Networks may terminate or suspend the subscriptions.
