- Enterprise Program (Attached Subscriptions): "Palo Alto Networks has developed an Enterprise Program, which is a volume licensing arrangement that allows organizations to have access to firewall subscriptions for use in conjunction with the deployment and use of Palo Alto Networks Hardware in a customer’s hardware estate for the applicable Term".

- Attached Subscriptions: Advanced Threat Prevention, Advanced WildFire, Advanced URL Filtering, Advanced DNS Security (with ADNS Resolver), PAA (Prisma Access Agent and GlobalProtect Gateway), Advanced SD-WAN (PAN-OS); ELA8 adds Advanced IP Defense. 1-year term: unlimited hardware bought and registered in the term. Longer terms: Total Hardware Cap = Current Hardware Estate plus 20% above a net positive Forecasted Hardware Estate, valued at current hardware list price. Over-consumption reconciled monthly; options are a True-Forward Add-on SKU, decommissioning within 60 days, or early renewal (terms of 3+ years). EOL devices count toward the cap. Add-on Subscriptions (IoT/Device Security, Enterprise DLP, SCM Pro, AIOps, Quantum, SaaS Security). For 3+ year terms (not Public Sector), 80% of unused Attached Subscription value can be taken once every 12 months as Pro-rated Credits toward Prisma Access, Cloud NGFW or FW Flex.

- Palo Alto Networks hardware firewalls registered to the customer's support account. Excludes M-Series, WF-xxx and SD-WAN ION appliances, third-party managed or supported hardware, divested assets, software licences (AutoFocus, Cortex, Panorama, Prisma Access, Prisma Cloud, FW-Flex/VM-Series) and FedRAMP subscriptions.
