- Supplementary Terms concerning Products (2026-07-01): "An “Action Credit” allows the Users to make an action defined as a click by a User on the “autocorrect”, “autogenerate”, “summarize”, “autocomplete”, “classification” or “Generate” buttons, or any equivalent manual or automated action within the provided features, as calculated by Matrix42 in its discretion."
- Counting rules
- A monthly quota of Action Credits is consumed by any licensed Matrix42 User. Monthly overage is deducted from the next month; if that leaves no credits Matrix42 may suspend the consuming features. Unused credits roll over to the next month. Credits expire at the end of their validity or the Subscription Term. A negative balance at the end of the 12-month period is invoiced at the Order Form fee or, failing that, at list price. Credits included in Free Products expire when paid credits are bought.
