Action Credits: monthly quota, carry-over, next-month deduction, suspension and year-end invoicing

- Supplementary Terms A.1.1: monthly Action Credits can be consumed by any licensed Matrix42 User within a period of at most 12 months. Overage in a month is deducted from the next month; if none remain Matrix42 may suspend credit-consuming features. Unused credits carry over. Remaining credits expire at the end of their validity or the Subscription Term; a negative balance at the end of the 12-month period is invoiced at the Order Form fee or list price.
