- Supplementary Terms (2026-07-01): "Free Product" means any Subscription License granted for a limited period for testing, evaluation, proof, trial or otherwise free basis. Pricing page: each product can be tried free for 30 days.
- Commercial rules
- Free Products are for evaluating and testing and providing feedback, provided as-is without support; Matrix42 may amend or discontinue them; aggregate liability limited to 100 EUR. On expiry of a free trial or pilot Matrix42 may suspend access; Customer Material must be exported before the end of the trial (GTC A.6.6). Action Credits included in Free Products expire when paid Action Credits are purchased.
